Ronnie Zelaya
Ronnie Zelaya is the Founder and CEO of Wisteria Properties LLC, a full-service construction and real estate development company serving Southern California.
Born in Torrance, California, Ronnie began his career immediately after high school in the plumbing trade, gaining hands-on experience in every stage of residential construction. By the age of 25 he had earned his California General Contractor license and started building a reputation for quality workmanship and dependable service.
Today, Wisteria Properties LLC specializes in residential construction, home renovations, house flipping, and new home development.
Building investment properties and ADU’s and ground up construction The company proudly serves Ontario, West Covina, Los Angeles, and surrounding areas.
